Chocolate Pie

This is my holiday get together staple (ie I better not show up to the potluck without it). This chocolate pie has surpassed all the recipes that have come before… this pie has a rich, silky chocolate filling that crusts over on top during the bake and is well complimented by a graham cracker base. No refrigeration is required of this pie and will stay fresh on the counter for a week, if you don’t manage to consume the whole pie before then.
